‘Ann, my husband and I would just like to say a massive thank you for everything over the past 14/15 months. You have been truly amazing and we can’t thank you enough for helping make our day happen, and exactly how we wanted it to happen.

With having to postpone our wedding and change our dates and consider all avenues with the ever- changing restrictions (due to the pandemic) - Ann you were simply fantastic throughout. Nothing was ever any hassle to you and you were always more than happy to help us when we needed anything. You were always at the end of a phone or an email day or night to give us advice or answer any of our silly questions or dilemmas.

As a person Ann you have a great sense of humour and you can have a laugh – don’t lose that touch.

You are very approachable and made us feel completely at ease.

You are very creative and passionate about your role as a humanist and that is evident to see.

In the days and weeks before our wedding, you went the extra mile with us having our family for afternoon tea and practicing our mixing of sands with the children and getting to know us as individuals.

You were on hand throughout the drafts of personal vows and were great at giving us advice and ideas. As well as editing our terrible words, haha!

We hope you enjoyed working with us as much as we did with you!

On our day (even with me being a little late!) all our guests were very complimentary about our ceremony and how personal and unique it was to us and how the children were involved mixing sands with us.

It was the talking point of the day! We couldn’t have asked any more from yourself Ann and we wholeheartedly made the right decision to have a humanist ceremony that was personal to us and our family.’
